Objectives of the Course

Tries to present essential conceptual, hypothecial and applicable concepts to analyze the relationship and interactions between architectural space and perception and behavior of user , and reflect found syptoms to landscaping designs in goal and scope context , and to become skillful in this context.

Course Content

Basic concepts and theories ; communication and perception theories, common sense and knowledge-based models, perceptual layouts, geometric layouts, Relative differentiation, shape and surface relationships, Perceptual psychology, perception and the perception of landscape, Psychology of perception, and the perception of the IT landscape, Landscape design and cognitive studies, concepts and theories of behavior in landscape, Behavioral patterns of the individual, socio-cultural patterns, Patterns of action, adaptation, behavior, and landscape design, Geometry of space-form-behavior relations concepts in landscape, The space and design, personal space, convergence theory, privacy, The space and design; psychosocial field, acceptance, ownership, defense, landscape thriller, Versatile and examine examples and queries.

Learning Outcomes
1.Obtains the conceptual and theoretical knowledge about technical, functional and behavioral performance of landscape design.
2.Obtains the conceptual and theoretical knowledge about physiological and cognitive processes of perception of landscape design.
3.Obtains information about methods that can be viewed for perception and behavior in user research.
4.Becomes skillful at application skills about how to apply user survey results oriented perception and behavior to landscaping design.
5.Acquires applicable knowledge and skill about guidance of the different design themes and layouts, and user perceptions and behaviors.
