Objective of this course is to improve basic knowledge of wetland ecology and function, to increase knowledge about wetland and wildlife management, to have knowledge about wetlands classification, restoration, and problem solving.
Content of this course; Information about wetlands, wetland types and classification of wetlands, hidrojeomorfological structure, physical and biotic characteristics of wetlands, energy flow and population dynamics of wetlands, wetland species and habitats, endangered endemic species in wetlands, wetland regulatory legislation, policy and management.
