Objectives of the Course

To learn different methods and techniques on samples of human/experimental animals or the analysis of various nutrients that used in the assessment of experimental status of nutrition, to develop on the subject skills.

Course Content

The techniques that commonly used in nutrition researches, laboratory practices and a variety of assessment methods, rules and information of utilization from experimental animals in nutrition researches will be examined.

Learning Outcomes
1.Obtains information about theoretical and practical applications of the main methods that used in nutritional science researches.
2.Obtains information about the measurement errors and the assessment of these errors of the methods that used in nutritional science researches.
3.Develops knowledge and skills that used in interpretation of data and reporting effectively which obtained from researches in the field of nutritional science.
4.Determines the subject of scientific research and makes a source search
5.Prepares and reports a scientific research project in the field of nutrition sciences
