Objectives of the Course

Making new researchers meet Turcology. Providing students with critical thinking ability. Motivating them to generate new ideas under cover of the studies so far

The relation of language and history; the objects and extent of language- history studies; the internal- external history of the language. The theories of the language genesis; the place of Turkish among the language families. The history, notable figures and works of Turcology
