Objectives of the Course

1. To make students understand and perceive theoretical perspectives about science 2. To make students be able to discuss different ways of doing science. 3. To make students be able to explain the relationships between society and science 4. To make students be able to explain the relationships between economy and science 5. To make students be able to explain the relationships between stratification and science

The structure of science; scientific change; science and society; objectivity at science; science and experiment, public participation in science; resolution of scientific controversies; standardisation at science.
