Objectives of the Course

This course aims to introduce and to discuss the main ethical approaches in our age.

Course Content

In this course main ethical approaches or theories will be studied and discussed by means of referring the books of contemporary philosophers

1.Gain knowledge about the ethical approaches of our age
2.To have knowledge about the relationship between contemporary ethical theories and traditional ethical theories.
3.To have knowledge about the development of the basic questions of ethical theories in the history of philosophy
4.Understands the place and importance of ethics in the face of today's problems.
5.Understands whether the basic questions and problems of ethics have changed.
