It is necessary to examine the effects of digital technologies in the context of analyzing today's social conditions. Starting from this point, our course aims to focus on the effects of digitalization within the framework of social changes.

Issues such as digital society, social effects of digitalization, digital technology and social change, digitalization and surveillance, digitalization and privacy, digitalization and consumption, digitalization and political participation will be discussed.
