The aim of the course is to familiarise students with the basic concepts related to local government such as decentralization, public and private provision of local goods and services. .
The views of different schools of economics about income distribution, theorotical informations about resource allocation and distribution of income in public economy, the success of fiscal policies which are implied in Turkey and world.
