Objectives of the Course

To gain the skill of classification by examining the types of food that can accompany the wine.

Course Content

Students have the skills to make researches on grapes grown in Anatolia, suitable for winemaking and besides French and Italian wines.

5.Has the ability to publish a conference papel on Wine Tourism.
