Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to make students aware of the current research in the field of food and beverage, to learn how to research, write and present reports on a subject related to the field of food and beverage within the scientific research methods (with qualitative methods).

Making researches on food and beverage on management and its functions, reporting the research and how it can be presented
