Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to give detailed information about postgraduate studies in food engineering and to gain the students necessary skills for completing this period successfully.

Course Content

Definitions in graduate studies, some academical concepts, the choice and statement of a research topic, scientific project preparation, application for different research grants, execution of experiments, experimental data analysis, statistical softwares, search engines, reporting the results of research, oral and poster presantations, thesis, manuscript preparation.
