Objectives and basic principles of Turkish education system, legal basis of education system, structure of Turkish education system, management theories and processes, organizational features of school, education program, student affairs, employee services, management of support and budget issues such as examining the Turkish Education System and teacher candidates The aim of the course is to help students understand and understand different dimensions of school management.
System Theories and System Approach to Education (System, basic concepts related to system approach, subsystem, system theories). Organization and Management Theories (Classical theories, neoclassical theories). Modern Management Theories and New Approaches.
