Objectives of the Course

To teach the concepts related to signal transduction and mechanism in cancer molecular biology and to explain their reflection to the clinic.

Course Content

Understanding of signal transduction, ligands, receptors and their concepts in cancer molecular biology. Cancer cell division and signaling changes in life, cancer signal transduction systems and molecular targets, control of transcriptional regulators, understanding the signaling mechanism of cancer.

1.Have in-depth knowledge about signal transduction in cancer and signaling pathways in cancer cells.
2.Discuss cancer-specific signal transduction and transcription factors.
3.Knows the differences of signal transduction mechanisms between different cancer types
4.Discuss the clinical implications of signaling pathways
5.Know molecular targets in cancer treatment and discuss the clinical effects of signal blocking
