Objectives of the Course

It is aimed to comprehend the evaluation of cancer tissues and cytological materials with molecular pathological methods and genetic analysis.

Course Content

In the course of Molecular Pathology, immunohistochemistry, examination of immunofluorescence methods, in situ hybridization (chromogenic based, fluorescent based), evaluation of genetic analysis in pathological tissue and its reflection on the clinic will be explained.
