Teach to be considered points to ensure nutrition appropriate the working environment and performance of workers and discuss this information in terms of community nutrition at an advanced level.
This course is included the importance of nutrition in different areas and different condition of workers, energy and nutrient requirement, health problems that may occur in workers, planning nutrition program according worker conditions.
| 1. | Understand the work environment and general characteristics of the workers and their effects on nutrition, |
| 2. | Learn nutrition and health problems seen in workers, produce needed solutions at the community level, |
| 3. | Know the nutritional requirements and changing energy expenditure according to the working conditions and special cases of workers, |
| 4. | Create nutrition plans according to work groups and the status of workers in the workplace and outside of work. |
| 5. | Evaluate and interpret the anthropometric measurements used in workers. |
