Introduction, commercial importance of trout and salmon, their systematic and biological properties, their environment and water desires, reproduction biology, egg-fry-parr-smolt production, osmoregulation and adaptation to sea water, pond, cage culture, improvement methods and biotechnological practices, nutrition and feeding, diseases, harvest, transportation and marketing.
