Objectives of the Course

The main objective of this course is to give information about the methods that used for molecular diagnosis of human parasites and its application.

Molecular diagnostic methods, success in diagnosis, difficulties in practice, sensitivity and specificity, PCR, blotting, SDS-PAGE

3.Learn about new methods in the field of Parasitology

5.Distinguish which molecular method should be used for which parasite.
6.Evaluate diagnosis and economic data
7.7. Understand the applications of PCR stages, PCR types, necessary buffers for the reaction and chemicals in parasitology.
