Objectives of the Course

To provide the students with theoretical information about eukaryotic cell genetics and the methods used.

Course Content

DNA structure and replication, cell cycle, mitosis, meiosis, transcription, translation, mutations, DNA isolation, sequencing, PCR, electrophoresis, and protein isolation and analysis.
