Objectives of the Course

This course aims to equip students with the ability to analyze the roles of stakeholders invloved in a health tourism operation from the beginning to the end, to develop cost and competition- focused business plans, and to create unique tour packages that can meet the cultural expectations ın health tourists from different geographical regions

Course Content

This course will outline the general framework of daily and package tours in Türkiye, discuss the duties and roles of tourism professionals involved in tour operations, and examine the factors to consider when creating tour routes. The focus will be on developing experience-themed routes from different branches of health tourism such as wellness, geriatrics, disability, and dental and on ensuring the sustainability of service quality through management and customer loyalty strategies. Students will transform the theoretical knowledge they acquire throughout the semester into original and feasible health tourism projects that appeal to different tourist profiles
