1.Understanding how retail businesses manage their products/services in market conditions;
2.Analyzing the business environment ;
3.Develop awareness for managerial and organizational decisions for retail sector and explain basic business concepts such as mission, mink, authority and command.
4.Will be able to foresee the variables that are important in the location decisions of retail stores and will be able to interpret the superior and weaknesses of different options in terms of decisions to be taken.
5.Will be able to analyze the process of human resource management and working relationship management in the focus of retail sector.
