Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to be able to manage and perform the psychological evaluation process in family counseling: A holistic approach to data collection, decision making, report writing, intervention plan

Course Content

Recognition of objective tests frequently used in the field of psychology, recognition of structured and semi-structured interview tools, validity, reliability problems and appropriate use of measurement and evaluation tools; data collection tools and evaluation principles, report preparation and formulation of intervention form the content of the course.

1.To know the objective tests used in the clinic, clinical scales, structured and semi-structured interview tools and distinguish the differences
2.To understand the importance of reliability, validity of measurement and evaluation tools.
3.To recognize and apply the properties of measurement areas (personality, neuropsychology, psychopathology, system tools).
4.To distinguish and to evaluate the differences of dynamic and classification based evaluation.
5.To know the principles of psychological evaluation report writing and performs the holistic evaluation steps
6.To formulate and to prepare treatment plan.
