1.Students will be able to explain constitutional developments
2.Students will be able to analyze the effects of historical developments on Constitutional Movements.
3.To be able to perceive and interpret the development in our democracy with the follow-up of the process of change in the state order and power relations from the Ottoman Empire to the present
4.By examining the historical origins of the public law which has evolved from the Ottoman Empire to the present; interpret today
5.To be able to understand the underlying dynamics of constitutional changes in our history
