Objectives of the Course

To teach the principles of international law

Course Content

Sources of international law, preparation phases of agreements, states as international legal subjects, subrogation in states, UN and EU.

1.To be able to perceive and solve legal problems, to have analytical and critical thinking ability
2.Within the framework of lifelong learning approach, to redirect the knowledge acquired in the field of law to renewal and continuous improvement
3.To be able to have scientific sources in the field of law, judicial jurisprudence, to be able to make comparative law analysis in national and international fields
4.First of all, they will have knowledge about the definition of international law, subjects, sources, relations with other legal systems and basic concepts of international law.
5.To be able to develop compromise options, to produce creative and innovative solutions
