To improve student's ability about childhood illnesses, hospital-related concepts, characteristics and mental states of hospitalized children, interactions between child-family and health personnel, guidance to parents about and preparation for children's hospitalization, studies that can be done for children in hospital and education of sick children

In this course, the topics of acute and chronic diseases of childhood, the characteristics of children who are hospitalized and remotely treated, mental conditions, planning methods of preparing sick children for hospital life, guidance to families and preparing education programs for sick children are included.
