The aim of this course is to teach what the concept of Mindfulness of Sports Managers is and to explain its basic concepts.
Mindfullness is the ability to consciously focus and watch thoughts, feelings, and events happening in the moment with gentle, non-judgmental attention. This way of watching can be experienced by anyone at any time. Mindfullness is not a ritual. It is a daily life practice that can be practiced anytime, anywhere and by anyone.
