Objectives of the Course

To give participants to ability to manage individual or organizational disagreement by giving them knowledge about disagreement and managing it.

Disagreement and disagreement management concepts ; Theories on disagreement; Relationship between Disagreement Amount and organizational performance; Individual and organizational effect of disagreement; Basic factors effected the disagreement; Culture and personality; Diagnosing disagreement; Individual disagreement in Educational organizations and management; In-group disagreement in Educational organizations and management ; Disagreements among the groups in educational organizations; Disagreement among individuals; Debate techniques and practicing; Finding solution for disagreement and importance of it.
