Objectives of the Course

In this course it is aimed to gain knowledge about the nature of conflict, the effects of conflict on organizational behaviour, reasons of conflict, conflict management, negotiation and peacemaking in conflict resolution process, stress, symptoms of stress, individual and organizational results of stress, stress management strategies and the effects of stress in educational organizations.
