Students will be familiar with the basic features of the communication process; How to realize effective communication skills teaching and counseling; When overridden in a variety of communication skills and ways to ensure they understand how to use that in an effective way.
The purposes of communication, definition of communication, interpersonal, interpersonal conflicts that cause factors, elements of communication to make positive ways.
