| 1. | To be able to ensure acquisition of conceptual knowledge about chromosome, karyotype and idiotip. |
| 2. | To be able to acquire knowledge about the methods of observing chromosomes. |
| 3. | To be able to obtain the chromosomes from various organisms with different methods |
| 4. | To be able to learn the structural and numerical classification of chromosomes obtained with different methods |
| 5. | To be able to implement various banding methods used to identify chromosomes and to teach the removal of chromosomal karyotypes of living organisms determined the chromosomal characteristics. |
