1.To be able to ensure acquisition of conceptual knowledge about chromosome, karyotype and idiotip.
2.To be able to acquire knowledge about the methods of observing chromosomes.
3.To be able to obtain the chromosomes from various organisms with different methods
4.To be able to learn the structural and numerical classification of chromosomes obtained with different methods
5.To be able to implement various banding methods used to identify chromosomes and to teach the removal of chromosomal karyotypes of living organisms determined the chromosomal characteristics.
