Objectives of the Course

To learn importance of bees, general morphology and life styles of bees, groups of bees and to identify genera of bees.

Course Content

The role of bees in nature, general morphology of bees, classification of bees, bees of Colletidae Halictidae, Andrenidae, Melittidae, Megachilidae, Apidae families, solitary and social lifes, collecting of bee specimens from nature, conservation of bee species in museums
