Objectives of the Course

To give information about the systematic and ecological features, chemical contents, drug values of medicinally valuable mushrooms

Course Content

General characteristics of medicinal mushrooms, Solvents to be used and extraction methods to be applied, Production techniques, Ecological demands, Economic inputs of medicinal mushrooms, Medicinally valuable fungal groups and their chemical contents, Studies conducted in our country and in the world with these mushroom species
