Objectives of the Course

To enable students to comprehend the aim and content of contemporary history education, to critically understand the current problems of history education, and to understand the phenomena, concepts and generalization concepts in depth.

Course Content

To enable students to comprehend the importance and dimensions of concept teaching in contemporary history education, to understand the ways of detecting and solving misconceptions, to explain the methods that can be used in concept teaching, to develop materials used in concept teaching and to examine the literature on the subject.
