The aim of this course is for students to; to provide the information they will need about current management approaches in sports organizations.
The aim of this course; Developing managers' perspectives on the challenges they face, considering how management may change in the future, understanding the reasons for the skills necessary for future organizational and economic success, understanding the need for organizations to communicate effectively with their stakeholders, understanding the importance of investing in employee development.
