Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to be able to understand the aim of stabilization policies and to synthesis application of them in Turkey

Course Content

Economic stability and instability, the relation of definition-concept-aim-instrument as part of money policy and economic stability, policy changes after World War II, neo-liberal policies and developed/developing countries, critics of neo-liberal polices, crisis, the structure of crisis in 2008, Turkey, transformation of the world economy after 2008 crises.
