Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course; By examining the expression of genes at the genome level in terms of form, amount and time, it helps to understand the importance of genes for the organism as well as learning their functions.

To provide an understanding of the definition and concept of functional genomics, microarray applications, comparative and integrated genomics and systems biology
