Objectives of the Course

The objective of the course is to make students aware of mycotoxigenic fungi and mycotoxins.

Mycotoxigenic fungi, General information to recognize mycotoxins, History of mycotoxins, Major mycotoxins, Mycotoxicosis in human and animals, Detection methods of mycotoxins, Prevention and control of mycotoxins, Mycotoxin problem in Turkey and the world
