Objectives of the Course

Objective of this course is to ensure that the students comprehend the biotechnological utilization areas of metabolites produced by fungi.

Industrial fermented food, Production of edible mushrooms, Fungi in biological control, Production of vitamins by fungi, Production of aminoacids by fungi, Antibiotic production, Fungal bioremediation.
