Objectives of the Course

This course aims to explain the changing perception of public administration, global actors in administration, principles and theories of governance and globalization, the nature of global governance and its main problems on the basis of administration.

Course Content

In this course, new management and administration theories will be examined on the basis of global governance. The changing of management and administration theories, the concept of governance, participation and governance, the function of governance in the policy-making process, the role of communication and technology in management and participation, network theories, corporate governance and critical issues will be evaluated.
