Today, the state is rapidly digitized in every aspect. This situation reveals many new concepts such as e-democracy, e-participation, e-citizens, e-voting, e-public service. In addition to all this, new developments in technology lead to the emergence of new forms of e-government, mobile state (m-state) and discussion of the state-AI relationship.
