Course Content

Today, the state is rapidly digitized in every aspect. The use of new information and communication technologies is becoming more and more common both in the political sphere and in the managerial sphere. This situation reveals many new concepts such as e-democracy, e-participation, e-citizens, e-voting, e-public service. In addition to all this, new developments in technology lead to the emergence of new forms of e-government, mobile state (m-state) and discussion of the state-AI relationship. These issues, which increase in importance every day, need to be investigated and discussed.
