Objectives of the Course

At the end of this course, students are expected to learn the basic concepts of roof gardens, understand the planning and design principles of roof gardens and the problems related to the subject, especially in our country, and learn the applications and solutions in the field of landscape architecture

Course Content

Basic concepts related to roof gardens, the change and development of roof gardens in the world and in our country throughout the historical process, the purposes of roof gardens, the functions of roof gardens, the relationship between open spaces and roof gardens, and examples from the world and our country are explained.
