Objectives of the Course

Evaluating the sources and theory on the local history studies, investigating the miscellana of problems of various kinds encountered when making research about city, institution, familiy and housing studies

Course Content

Regional history in the World and Turkey, sources of local history, the problems concerning the usage of the sources, historical development of the cities, the evolution of the agglomeration in Anatolia, city institution and family history writing problems.
