Objectives of the Course

To teach the basic concepts and the substitution effect and displacement reactions in the inorganic reaction mechanism

Inert and labile compounds, Displacement reactions in square planar complexes, Dissociation reactions, Coupling reactions, Linear free energy relations, Displacement reactions in regular octahedral complexes, Conjugate base mechanism, Kinetic chelate effect, Displacement in trans-complexes, displacement in cis-complexes, Isomerism in chelate rings, Trans effect, Reactions of bound ligands
