Objectives of the Course

Learning genetic improvements ways and methods of ecenomiacally important traits in cattle

Course Content

Selection and components of genetic cahanges, crossbreeding and heterosiz, breeding value, genetics of disease resistance and cattle behaviours, reproduction biology and its genetic bases,genetic improvement in dairy and beef cattle, developing breeding programs in beef and adairy cattle production
