The aim of the course, to summarize the basic principles of eggs science and to evaluate applications in poultry sector. In this course, the formation of the egg quality characteristics and methods for the determination of these properties, the storage of eggs, eggs, eggs and egg products processing technology, and is intended to provide information on issues related to changing nutrient content.
