Objectives of the Course

Introducing poultry breeds of the World and Turkey, broiler, layer and breeder poultry production and the production control and management of this kind of poultry farms.

Course Content

Morphological and physiological traits of hen breeds, principles of broiler, layer and breeder production, production standards, modern production techniques, selection, production records and controls.
