Objectives of the Course

To learn methods used for the production of clone embryos by embryo splitting, methods used for the production of clone embryos by nucleus transfer, methods used for the production of clone embryos by somatic nuclear transfer.

Techniques used in cloning of laboratory and farm animals, somatic cell nuclear transfer, production of transgenic animals through somatic nuclear transfer.
