Objectives of the Course

In this course, it is aim to gain knowledge to the students about the place of child in national and international laws, child rights and child law

Course Content

Child law, historical development of child law, child rights and their importance, international conventions on child rights, social help and security, child in education and labor law, guardianship, adoption
