This course redounds knowledge and skills helping understanding importance of leadership in management and practice of mental health and psychiatric nursing services, assessing leader profiles according to active leadership features, leading in a team and examining new leadership approaches in 21st century.
This course includes information related to issues like what leadership is, its characteristics, leadership theories, creating a vision, conflicts experienced while presenting nursing services and solution ways.
