Objectives of the Course

Introduce knowledge skills about respiratory physiology. Present novel scientific data to participants.

Course Content

Pulmonary volumes and capacities: Respiration and its mechanism, pulmonary ventilation; Surface tension in lungs, diffusion; Diffusion of gases through respiratoric membrane; Transportation of respiratory gases; Oxygen dissociation; Respiration control.
